FSP.Homes is designed around the option to have 9+ properties that offers rentals (no houses), and a realty company’s location. The flagship will be the 31+ story FSP Tower which will have my personal residence at the Penthouse. However, I will have other buildings, and while it would have been nice to acquire a city block to provide for all of my residences in one location, this is obviously a dream. If I could have a whole city block, I will be able to move everything to one building though. This means fewer apartment managers, less demand on the maintenance people, and more consolidated resources for the receptionist do deal with. If I should ever come up with an entire city block, I will hide all of my other sites, and renovate the Tower website to reflect this change.
